Gayle’s miracles is s reduced fat, low cholesterol treat, that is all natural.


I created Gayle’s Miracles so that my clients could have a healthy indulgence after a meal or as a snack that wouldn’t pack on the pounds, and wouldn’t clog up your arteries. The miracle is that it tastes so good you don’t realize it is also good for you!

With only 30 Calories and 1 gram of fat per piece, and no cholesterol in the dark truffles, you can’t go wrong using the truffle as a sweet treat any time of day. The milk truffles are slightly higher in fat and also contain a bit of cholesterol, but are still considered a reduced fat, low cholesterol food.

The truffle’s interior is a smooth combination of cocoa powder, mixed with a combination of ingredients that are all natural and promote health. The truffle is plentiful in natural antioxidants from the cocoa and a serving will provide as much as 22% of the Daily Value for Iron, and 4 grams of protein.

You can make the truffle part of your daily eating program if you are watching your weight or just trying to eat healthfully. As a Registered Dietitian , I recommend 3 a day – which is only 90 Calories a day for three very satisfying chocolate treats. By eating Gayle’s miracles instead of other treats you will save on calories and lose weight more easily.

Use the chocolates as a 3pm snack, after dinner or as a before bed treat. A typical piece of pie or cake has about 300 calories, two cookies can have as much as 210 calories, while two of Gayle’s miracles have only 60 calories.

ENJOY EATING A TREAT WITH OUT THE GUILT!

As part of your healthy routine try to get physical activity in each day. Aim for 30 minutes a day, but if you can only do 15 minutes, remember every bit counts! You can burn a truffle off with 7 minutes of walking. But if you had a cookie you would have to walk more than 10 minutes to burn it off. By not eating more than your body needs or more than you can burn off in a day, you will lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. It is when we eat more than we can burn, that we gain weight. So watch portions and make healthier choices!
